Southern Water come to the aid of AwaaireBear

In February Southern Water asked staff to nominate their preferred charities by returning a charity nomination form which featured on the back of February's Southern water News.

As a result six charities received the most nominations and will benefit equally through the Southern Water Charity Race Day at Fontwell Park Racecourse on Saturday October 3rd. Amongst a number of nationally recognised charities such as Cancer Research UK the NSPCC and RNLI, AwaaireBear was chosen together with WaterAid and the Chestnut Tree House. In addition the Sussex Community Foundation made up seven charities in total to be supported through the charity race day.

Southern Water trust that AwaaireBear, together with these other worthwhile charities, will received continual support from Southern Water Staff and from the Company suppliers at charity events.
